Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Transform warm leads generated through marketing into effective treatment plans.

• Oversee a pipeline of warm, inbound leads alongside achieving a revenue target.

• Manage the lead queue efficiently.

• Engage in consultative phone discussions.

• Inform patients about LaserAway’s treatment alternatives.

• Address and resolve objections.

• Maintain persistent follow-up.

• Finalize sales transactions.

• Track pipeline activities using the CRM system.

• Report directly to the Remote Sales Director.

• Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound sales is essential.

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales expert.

• Comfortable making over 50 outbound calls daily.

• Capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.

• Must be available to cover a designated U.S. time zone.

• Driven by measurable outcomes.

• No previous experience in aesthetics is necessary.

• Must be available for a remote, full-time role.
