Outbound Sales Agent – Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform high-volume outbound calls to potential UK customers utilizing a cloud-based dialing system.

• Present the company's eco-friendly insulation and energy-efficient product offerings in a professional and consultative manner.

• Assess sales opportunities by determining customer needs related to energy efficiency and insulation.

• Achieve a minimum of 2 confirmed bookings or appointments daily for UK field consultants.

• Keep precise CRM records, call notes, customer information, and outcomes.

• Engage in regular training, coaching sessions, and team alignment meetings.

• Operate during UK business hours, Monday to Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.

• Familiarity with or a strong willingness to use Hostcomm.

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional, and approachable telephone demeanor.

• Strong skills in active listening, objection handling, and consultative negotiation.

• Self-driven, highly resilient, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a standalone remote setting.

• Competent computer skills, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).

• Previous experience targeting the UK residential or commercial B2C/B2B market is preferred.

• A background or knowledge of the home improvement, construction, renewable energy, or insulation industries is an asset.

• Reliable desktop or laptop computer.

• Dedicated, high-speed fibre broadband internet connection with a backup option.

• High-quality USB headset equipped with a noise-cancelling microphone.

• A quiet, professional, isolated workspace free from background noise.
