This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Schedule medical appointments via incoming calls

• Arrange medical appointments through outgoing calls

• Offer clear information to clients regarding medical coverage and claims

• Join and actively participate in a vibrant customer service team

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior medical experience is advantageous

• Experience in BPO environments

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

• Proficient in English at C1+ level
