This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert carrier requirements into well-defined and sequenced tasks between Client Engagement and Engineering.

• Identify conflicts and trade-offs at an early stage.

• Lead new carrier launches from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase.

• Manage cross-functional onboarding plans, dependencies, timelines, risks, and launch decisions.

• Create product intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and status update rhythms.

• Assess the impact of mid-project requests on engineering time and timelines.

• Interpret carrier terminology into engineering requirements and convert engineering limitations into carrier-facing responses.

• Recognize recurring issues across carrier projects and transform them into platform enhancements.

• Oversee RAID logs, dependency mapping, and critical paths for significant carrier initiatives.

• Take ownership of carrier projects from scoping to execution, launch, and retrospectives.

• Clarify ambiguity and establish scope, delivery requirements, and stakeholder involvement.

• Develop reporting and status rhythms for leadership, Client Engagement, and Engineering teams.

• Facilitate coordination between Client Engagement and Engineering teams as a unifying element.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite scoping, requirements drafting, dependency tracking, and documentation.

• Evolve towards owning platform product capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product operations or as a TPM.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects under timeline and stakeholder pressure.

• Preferably, experience in a B2B SaaS or platform setting with external clients.

• Technical knowledge adequate to accurately scope work and challenge assumptions.

• Willingness to take ownership that extends beyond the job title and a desire to move towards product ownership.

• Capability to balance speed with thoroughness, including the maintenance of RAID logs.

• Ability to lead by influencing rather than relying on authority.

• Quick learner of the insurance domain.

• Familiarity with tools like Claude and similar AI platforms for scoping work, drafting requirements, tracking dependencies, and managing documentation is expected for this role.

• Must currently reside in the US.

• Must meet employment sponsorship requirements for the country where the position is located.
