Outbound Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the transition from approved customer orders to executed carrier pickups.

• Confirm pickups with carriers via email and ensure prompt follow-up.

• Fulfill routing requirements within customer portals.

• Populate and maintain shipment details in NetSuite templates.

• Prepare and circulate daily pickup summary reports.

• Address missed pickups through resolution and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Guarantee accurate entry and upkeep of purchase orders, ship dates, freight classes, and shipment specifics.

• Adhere to a 2-hour SLA for communications with carriers.

• Navigate various customer portals, NetSuite, and dock scheduling systems while complying with customer-specific requirements.
