Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Finnish & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Reach out to existing B2C clients via phone.

• Clearly and accurately explain the insurance offerings.

• Assess each customer's individual situation to discuss how the product aligns with their needs.

• Clarify relevant benefits, costs, terms, and exclusions.

• Record conversations and outcomes in accordance with project guidelines.

• Adhere to applicable regulations regarding insurance distribution, customer consent, and data protection.

• Present an insurance product aimed at covering outstanding loan balances under specified policy conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish.

• Strong working knowledge of English.

• Competent in MS Office applications.

• Experience in outbound sales, banking, or insurance sectors.

• Possess qualifications necessary to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Finnish market.

• Ability to provide proof of training, experience, and any necessary registration or authorization for the position.

• A responsible, customer-focused sales approach.

• Confident and professional demeanor on phone calls.

• Collaboration on a freelance basis, rather than an employment contract.

• Own a laptop or PC with a monitor.

• Maintain internet bandwidth exceeding 50.000 Mbit/s.
