This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform extensive outbound outreach to eligible participants and assist in enrolling patients in Scene’s comprehensive health program.
• Engage with prospective patients through phone calls, SMS/text messages, and emails to present Scene services.
• Facilitate both inbound and outbound communications, focusing primarily on outbound calls and text messaging.
• Assess patient needs and align them with appropriate programs and services that correspond with their insurance benefits and health requirements.
• Utilize empathetic listening skills to effectively manage frustrations and resolve escalated patient calls.
• Assist patients throughout the enrollment process by providing motivational support and leveraging technical knowledge.
• Keep precise records of patient demographic information in Salesforce.
• Address any objections, questions, or technical challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
• Help with app installations, technical configurations, troubleshooting, and usage of the Spotlight app.
• Connect patients to their primary care providers, lab services, pharmacies, and health plan benefits.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, enrollment status, and necessary follow-ups.
• Collaborate with management to set performance goals and employ time management and critical thinking to meet those objectives.
• Provide insights on patient challenges and suggest enhancements to processes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with patients and the Care Team, which includes nurses, pharmacists, and managers.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Must be a legal resident of Puerto Rico and maintain residency throughout the duration of employment.
• Must be authorized to work in Puerto Rico/United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand both languages proficiently.
• At least 3 years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a similar healthcare role.
• A background in health coaching, public health, or community health initiatives is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage in warm and empathetic conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with outreach through phone, SMS, and video communication is required.
• Capability to explain complex health concepts in a clear and motivating manner.
• Proficient in using database systems and mobile applications.
• Availability to work on weekends.
