Outbound Appointment Setter – US Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 200 outbound calls daily to dental, chiropractic, and healthcare practices across the US while maintaining high call quality.

• Successfully navigate through front-desk personnel to connect with doctors, practice owners, office managers, and financial decision-makers.

• Assess prospects by identifying the specific needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of their practices.

• Schedule qualified appointments on the sales team's calendar and ensure that prospects attend.

• Accurately record every call, its outcome, and subsequent steps in the CRM system.

• Provide precise daily and weekly activity and results reports.

• Collaborate with the sales team on handoffs, feedback, and enhancements to scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional phone demeanor.

• Demonstrable experience in cold-calling US businesses (B2B); experience in appointment-setting is highly preferred.

• Comfort in communicating with doctors, office managers, and financial decision-makers.

• Practical knowledge of CRM systems and power dialers; experience with Kixie is a significant advantage.

• Ability to consistently make 200 outbound calls per day without compromising quality.

• Availability from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time.

• Strong sense of accountability, precise reporting, and a proven track record of consistent appointment-setting achievements.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

• Previous experience selling to healthcare, dental, or chiropractic practices is a plus.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations or familiarity with the medical office environment is desirable.
