This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Schedule medical appointments via inbound calls

• Arrange medical appointments through outbound calls

• Offer clients clear information regarding medical coverage and claims

• Join and actively participate in a vibrant customer service team

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous medical experience is preferred

• Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

• Proficient in English at a C1 level or higher
