Appointment Setter / SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and compile high-quality lead lists that align with the agency’s Ideal Customer Profile using contemporary sourcing tools.

• Implement daily multi-channel outbound outreach campaigns to foster conversations and generate interest.

• Evaluate potential leads and arrange discovery calls on the founder’s calendar.

• Deliver comprehensive prospect briefs prior to scheduled meetings.

• Keep precise records in CRM/Trello regarding outreach volumes, response rates, and meeting conversions.

• Experiment with and enhance outreach scripts, messaging strategies, and workflows to boost conversion rates.

• Gradually transition into conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, closing deals, and facilitating client success handoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, or appointment setting, preferably within a digital agency or B2B professional services setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills at a C1 level.

• Enthusiasm and confidence to progress from appointment setting to discovery calls, demonstrations, and closing sales.

• High level of autonomy, discipline, and accountability to handle daily outreach activities without micromanagement.

• Located in South Africa.

• Availability to align with U.S. Central Time business hours.

• Capability to begin with a part-time ramp-up and transition into a full-time role.

• Practical knowledge of AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n, or OpenClaw is preferred.

• Conversational or fluent Spanish language skills are preferred.
