Outbound Business Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate monthly sales through proactive outbound cold calling and following up on leads.

• Promote Comcast Internet, Voice, TV, and Business Mobile services to both new and existing small to mid-sized business clients.

• Achieve and surpass designated sales quotas and customer experience scorecard metrics.

• Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, prospect database, and opportunity funnel.

• Consult with business clients, request referrals, and finalize web leads.

• Collaborate with field sales to refer complex opportunities to the outside sales team.

• Address customer concerns during the initial call or escalate as necessary.

• Keep daily records of prospects and opportunities and ensure fulfillment of customer orders.

• Manage multiple customer interactions and utilize various software applications concurrently.

• Be available for scheduled nights, weekends, variable shifts, and overtime as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2–5 years of pertinent work experience.

• Prior sales experience is mandatory.

• Experience managing a sales funnel is necessary.

• Selling Comcast Business Mobile services is essential.

• Wireless experience is highly preferred.

• Capability to generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, variable shifts, and overtime as needed.

• Consistent and punctual attendance is required.

• Skills in adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, customer focus, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, and workplace organization.
