📋 Description

• Enhance operational performance and strategic projects within the P&ES OTR division.

• Meet business performance goals related to safety, quality, execution delivery, and financial KPIs.

• Lead the P&ES OTR Operations team, which includes KPI owners and regional operations.

• Establish operational rhythms centered around P&ES KPIs.

• Identify and execute strategic continuous-improvement initiatives on a global and regional scale.

• Assist the P&ES Operational Leader with OTR-related matters.

• Own the metrics and rhythms associated with OTR operational performance, validate ITR performance and market data, and initiate improvement actions.

• Facilitate regional operations support and promote continuous standardization across different regions.

• Define, implement, deploy, and manage standard work and project-management processes for P&ES.

• Provide guidance on project-management tools.

• Balance standardized work processes with regional requirements.

• Drive PES operating MOR and OTR initiatives as outlined in the PES Kaizen calendar.

• Cultivate organizational capabilities over time.

• Achieve sustainable productivity targets for the PES organization.

• Develop and execute the PES AI strategy and operationalize AI initiatives to minimize non-value-added activities and enhance efficiency.

• Ensure rigorous execution and accountability across parts, repairs, engineering, services execution, and other essential areas.

• Guarantee service excellence through the outage-readiness process.

• Enhance on-time project delivery and promote Outage Excellence in collaboration with regional teams.

• Ensure the complete and timely provision of parts, repairs, services, and procedures.

• Align ITO forecasts with OTR resource needs and address any gaps.

• Improve safety standards within the project-management organization.

• Standardize processes and communications for lessons learned.

• Collaborate with the Quality Leader to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce CoPQ, mitigate escape and defect impacts, ensure RCA/NCR closure, and foster a quality culture.

• Implement ZDF for the PES team.

• Manage controlled data updates, analytics, and support from the Genpact analytics team.

• Oversee the P&ES team training program focused on project-management curriculum.

• Lead Lean initiatives throughout the Services team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• Experience in project management and operations.

• Extensive experience in a leadership position.

• Strong team leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment.

• Quick learning ability and a high degree of accountability.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, results-driven, able to perform under pressure and within deadlines, dedicated, and process-oriented.

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.

• Practical experience in leading action plans and/or Lean events.

• Ability to effectively interface, influence, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Effective at team-building and problem-solving.

• Proven history of driving change, efficiency, and improvements.

• Established capability as a change agent.

• Demonstrated leadership behaviors consistent with the GE Vernova Way.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, where applicable.
