This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead, influence, and implement OT security initiatives within critical infrastructure and/or mission-critical industry settings.
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting on cyber threats aimed at OT across various industries.
• Examine threat actors targeting OT, including their tactics, techniques, procedures, geopolitical motivations, national security implications, and effects of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams to create operational and strategic cyber intelligence products centered on OT.
• Deliver OT-focused presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders as requested by leadership.
• Evaluate clients’ security postures, anticipate security needs, and propose appropriately scaled solutions based on best practices.
• Assist in OT security transformation, governance, networks, systems, devices, and the deployment of sensors/tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience.
• An Associate’s degree may be considered with at least 6 years of work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in analyzing, producing, and presenting operational and/or strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence products.
• Minimum of 5 years working with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with industrial organizations on cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience in intelligence analysis and reporting leveraging cyber intelligence models and frameworks.
• Familiarity with the deployment of OT security sensors/tools.
• Knowledge of OT networks, systems, devices, convergence, integration, digitalization, and OT attack surfaces.
• Experience in developing OT security programs and governance frameworks.
• Preferred: At least 5 years providing consulting services to clients in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Healthcare.
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years assessing DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, or NERC CIP.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience with security analysis techniques, indicators of compromise, threat hunting, intrusions, and potential incidents.
• Preferred: A minimum of 2 years deploying or supporting OT security sensors in operational environments.
• Preferred: At least 2 years in IT or OT networking infrastructure.
• Preferred: A minimum of 2 years working in Security Operations Centers (SOCs) with OT Network Security Monitors (NSMs), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, and endpoint security tools for operational settings.
• Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client demands.
