This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Facilitate the onboarding, adoption, and expansion of LightForce’s digital orthodontic system within orthodontic practices.
• Utilize clinical expertise and understanding of orthodontic office procedures and workflows to uncover growth potential and enhance revenue and case volume.
• Establish connections with doctors and practice personnel through customized clinical and operational insights and training.
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate customers’ current situations, outline work paths, and ensure complete system adoption.
• Offer clinical support to doctors throughout the onboarding and integration processes.
• Cultivate positive relationships with practice teams employing a consultative and cooperative approach.
• Conduct clinical training and presentations both virtually and in person for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Co-lead and oversee the training strategy for new customer onboarding while developing resources and tools.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and commercial support teams to prioritize opportunities.
• Mentor internal and external collaborators on best practices.
• Keep abreast of orthodontic industry trends and provide clinical insights for product development and software improvements.
• Leverage data and analytics to aid customer decision-making.
• Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience and promote LightForce solutions.
• Analyze outcomes, lead triage and execution, communicate results to leadership, and manage multiple projects.
• Independently handle travel arrangements and expense reporting in accordance with company policies.
• Execute critical tasks autonomously with a sense of urgency.
• Clinical certification in dentistry or Orthodontics (e.g., RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, etc.).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the health industry, specifically in Orthodontics.
• Possession of a valid Driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 65-75% of the time within Atlanta and other areas of Georgia and Alabama.
