Organizational Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the integration of the U.S. Courts Cloud Technology Broker Partner contract for the Administrative Office.

• Offer services aimed at establishing cloud foundations for the Judiciary, encompassing cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation services.

• Formulate and execute comprehensive communication strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives.

• Develop informative and engaging content to effectively convey key information regarding change initiatives to stakeholders.

• Oversee communication channels to ensure the effective and consistent dissemination of messages.

• Work collaboratively with project teams and leadership to ensure alignment of communications with change management objectives and strategies.

• Provide messaging that fosters awareness, understanding, and acceptance of change initiatives.

• Produce and deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) outputs, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and change impact assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in previous Organizational Change Management projects and the creation of OCM deliverables.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• An OCM certification is preferred.
