Global Junior Technical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of essential technical training courses focused on medical devices, MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP.

• Transform raw training content into e-learning modules and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to achieve desired learning outcomes.

• Provide regular administrative assistance to the competence and training team, which includes managing training certificates, handling enrollments, uploading training records into CAPCAP, and working with CV reviewers.

• Aid in peer reviews and evaluate assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews.

• Assist in organizing CPD, webinars, workshops, team calibration, and peer-review activities.

• Monitor the progress and qualification status of new trainees.

• Keep up-to-date with relevant medical device regulations.

• Conduct technical training programs for employees in the medical device sector to facilitate conformity assessments.

• Proficiency in English.

• Capability to effectively share knowledge and support the learning journey.

• Skilled in both online and face-to-face training approaches.

• Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex information.

• Ability to prioritize the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.

• Experience in managing projects and collaborating within a team setting.

• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Background in the medical devices field, particularly in the IVD/MD industry.

• Demonstrated experience in progressively training technical skills, ideally within multinational organizations, utilizing both online and face-to-face methodologies.

• Capacity to set priorities and work with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, science, or research-related subjects or modules.

• Valid work permit for the country of residence.
