Global Junior Technical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist the Training team in the preparation and upkeep of essential training courses pertaining to medical devices, MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP.

• Transform raw training content into engaging e-learning modules.

• Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts to guarantee the effectiveness of content and clearly defined learning outcomes.

• Provide ongoing administrative support to the competence and training team.

• Oversee the management of training certificates, enrollments, and the upload of training records into CAPCAP.

• Collaborate with CV reviewers.

• Aid in peer reviews and evaluation of assessments for trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews.

• Assist in scheduling CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer-review activities.

• Monitor the progression and qualification status of new trainees.

• Maintain up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of relevant medical device regulations.

• Ensure that training materials and delivery methods adhere to EU MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP standards.

• Proficient in English.

• Capable of effectively delivering knowledge and facilitating the learning process.

• Skilled in both online and in-person training methodologies.

• Exceptional communication abilities to clearly convey complex information.

• Skilled at prioritizing the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.

• Competent in managing projects and collaborating in a team setting.

• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience in the medical devices sector, specifically within the IVD/MD industry.

• Demonstrated experience in progressively training technical skills, ideally in multinational companies, using both online and face-to-face techniques.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, or research-related fields or modules.

• Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence.
