Global Junior Technical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of essential training programs focused on medical devices, MDR, IVDR, ISO13485, and MDSAP.

• Transform raw training content into e-learning modules.

• Work in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts to guarantee effective content delivery and clearly defined learning outcomes.

• Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the competence and training team.

• Oversee the management of training certificates, enrollments, and the uploading of training records into CAPCAP.

• Collaborate with CV reviewers.

• Aid in peer reviews and the evaluation of assessments for trainee exercises, including the Technical File mirror review.

• Assist in the scheduling of CPD, webinars, workshops, Team Calibration, and peer review activities.

• Monitor the progress and qualification status of new trainees.

• Keep up-to-date with comprehensive knowledge of medical device regulations.

• Ensure that training materials and delivery methods comply with relevant standards.

• Proficient in English.

• Capable of effectively conveying knowledge and facilitating the learning experience.

• Skilled in both online and in-person training methodologies.

• Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex information clearly.

• Prioritize the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience in the medical device sector, specifically within the IVD/MD industry.

• Proven track record in progressively training technical skills, preferably in multinational organizations, utilizing both online and face-to-face methods.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, science, or related research-based subjects.

• Valid work permit in the candidate's country of residence.
