📋 Description

• Oversee change management activities within complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation projects.

• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to evaluate change impacts and create strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption.

• Conduct change readiness assessments, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to pinpoint risks, obstacles, and opportunities.

• Examine business processes and organizational effects, offering recommendations that facilitate successful transformation results.

• Evaluate and track change adoption through readiness assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.

• Guide teams in change management best practices and formulate mitigation strategies to promote lasting organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation.

• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives related to technology implementations, process enhancements, and business transformation programs.

• Proficient in drafting OCM plans.

• Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change readiness initiatives.

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and executive communication abilities.

• Capability to convert complex technical and business information into actionable insights.

• Competence in influencing stakeholders across all levels and leading cross-functional teams.

• Readiness to work flexible hours to meet business requirements and travel as needed.

• Video cameras are required to be on during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
