Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete production process of live online courses, from initial planning to final launch.

• Perform market analysis to establish course objectives, desired learning outcomes, and target demographics.

• Manage production schedules, priorities, and deliverables to ensure all projects remain on track.

• Collaborate closely with instructors, assisting them throughout course preparation and practice sessions.

• Work alongside Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Student Success teams to provide exceptional learning experiences.

• Evaluate course materials, marketing content, and sales resources for clarity, precision, and educational value.

• Identify and address production obstacles while keeping projects moving forward.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in instructional design, and cutting-edge learning technologies.

• Regularly contribute ideas and feedback to enhance courses and production workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, course production, project management, or a similar field.

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving expertise.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with senior professionals and subject matter experts.

• Ability to work autonomously while excelling in a remote, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to collaborate across various time zones.

• A genuine passion for education, lifelong learning, and crafting engaging learning experiences.

• Experience in online education or EdTech is an advantage.
