This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement structured change management methodologies and tools to create change strategies and plans for medium-to-large-scale, complex change initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for change sponsors, project managers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Offer guidance to improve the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Manage various change project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Incorporate change management activities into project plans.
• Establish and nurture stakeholder relationships, particularly with senior leadership and external partners.
• Perform stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
• Recognize and address change barriers and resistance.
• Engage and mentor senior leaders on effective change leadership practices.
• Create, deliver, and oversee communications in collaboration with corporate and line-of-business communication teams.
• Assist in the design and implementation of training programs and educational resources with Learning & Development teams.
• Define and evaluate business readiness and success metrics.
• Track change progress and collect qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other feedback channels.
• Develop and facilitate plans for change sustainability and business transitions.
• Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when dealing with unfamiliar subject matter.
• Identify risk-related issues that require escalation to management.
• Uphold internal control standards and execute internal and external audit recommendations along with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge and compliance with the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in line with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
• Capability to identify risk-related issues that necessitate escalation to management.
