This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Organic Search strategies that align with client KPIs.
• Direct the SEO and Content strategy by assessing completed projects and their effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of SEO and Content objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adapt strategies to achieve optimal results.
• Report on completed tasks, their impact, and the ongoing strategic direction to clients.
• Monitor shifts in the Organic Search landscape and identify opportunities for cross-channel collaboration.
• Complete SEO and Content processes punctually using tools such as Asana, Slack, and 15Five on a weekly basis.
• Share strategy concepts and relevant updates regarding algorithms, rankings, traffic, revenue, and lead generation with both internal and client teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, educating clients on recommended actions.
• Strategically plan and communicate SEO and Content initiatives, reporting their impact in monthly and quarterly assessments.
• Independently manage client accounts with minimal oversight from senior staff.
• Accurately execute at least 80% of SEO and Content deliverables.
• Proactively seek and implement enhancements in organic search to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate in the development of organic search strategy roadmaps.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.
• Manage between 8 to 12 accounts while supporting KPI targets, including a $26k RPE and maintaining a client churn rate below 10%.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in an SEO-focused role with client interaction.
• Experience engaging with Ecommerce clients.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization using tools such as SEMRush, ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
• Foundational knowledge of organic search components including on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, as well as SEO Content alignment with business goals and priorities.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills for strategy development, task assignment, and deliverable evaluation.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities in both client-facing and internal situations, demonstrating a cooperative and strategic mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating insights and recommendations, with the ability to tailor organic search narratives for various audiences.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
