This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create and manage a network of specialized pages, personas, gameplay clip accounts, language-specific accounts, and AI-generated content accounts.

• Expand successful accounts while phasing out those that do not meet performance standards.

• Generate, remix, and evaluate high-volume content utilizing AI video, voice, editing, and automation techniques.

• Recognize emerging trends, sounds, and formats within Gen Alpha and incorporate them into Paper.io 2 content.

• Formulate distribution strategies through seeding, comments, stitches, duets, fan accounts, cross-posting, and promotional boosts.

• Collaborate with creators and engage players through challenges, user-generated content (UGC), and in-game incentives.

• Regularly test hooks, formats, initial frames, posting schedules, and account strategies.

• Analyze performance metrics to scale effective strategies.

• Provide weekly reports detailing successful initiatives, reasons for their success, and proposed next steps for scaling.

• Propel the virality of Paper.io 2 across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram, gauged by views, engagement, and overall virality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of growing accounts or brands on TikTok/Shorts, with demonstrable results.

• Experience managing personal accounts is viewed favorably.

• Prioritize volume, speed, and iteration over perfection.

• Familiarity with algorithm strategies, growth loops, tools, and automation techniques.

• Proficient in AI tools for content creation and scaling.

• Insight into Gen Alpha culture.

• Capable of quickly editing short-form videos.

• Data-driven comprehension of retention rates, shares per view, and completion rates.

• Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.

• Proficiency in French and/or English is required in the application process.
