This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Formulate the strategy, governance, and direction for continuous improvement of the comprehensive Order to Cash process.
• Spearhead transformation initiatives through standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Foster alignment with Commercial Excellence, Country Group Leaders, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and various stakeholders.
• Create and sustain a global transformation roadmap.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure end-to-end performance.
• Manage global Order to Cash policies and controls, promoting their adoption via governance, communication, training, and change management.
• Deliver reporting, analytics, and governance insights to support decision-making and compliance.
• Lead global projects aimed at eliminating inefficiencies and optimizing processes.
• Implement enhancements across regions and functions while benchmarking performance against industry standards.
• Ensure consistent execution across various geographies and delivery locations.
• Oversee third-party managed service providers in areas such as Customer Service Operations, Credit, Cash, and Collections Management.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and governance for service providers.
• Collaborate with Treasury to enhance cash flow and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Optimize CRM functionalities and integrations across CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and telephony platforms.
• Lead improvements in banking platform connectivity and cash application automation.
• Set and accomplish annual productivity goals.
• Implement automation and digital solutions.
• Guide and develop a global team of process experts and change agents.
• Oversee external service partnerships.
• Build capabilities through mentoring, training, and career development.
• Lead process design initiatives and assigned projects.
• Remain updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging innovations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment.
• Proficiency in Master Data Management, Opportunity to Cash, Commercial Support, and Record to Report.
• Experience collaborating with Commercial, Country Group Leadership, Finance, Treasury, IT, Procurement, HR, Audit, and external Managed Service Providers.
• Experience working with global processes and systems.
• Highly desired experience in Global Opportunity to Cash processes, leading both internal and external GBS teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including knowledge of P&L and working capital.
• Familiarity with implementing global processes and utilizing SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions, and customer service telephony platforms.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls, including relevant policies and procedures.
• Highly desired experience with RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and business query and analytics tools.
• Ability to identify and drive transformation initiatives through both direct and indirect influence.
• Proven leadership and change management skills in new system implementations.
• Capability to lead global process development while ensuring compliance at the local level.
• Ability to guide process design and subject matter experts as well as Managed Services teams.
• Strong communication, change management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
