This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategy, govern, and continually enhance the comprehensive Order to Cash process.

• Spearhead transformation efforts through standardization, simplification, and automation.

• Ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and adherence to processes.

• Facilitate cross-functional governance with Commercial Leaders and align priorities effectively.

• Address process challenges and minimize customizations while managing risk and compliance.

• Define the long-term vision for Order to Cash and align it with enterprise objectives.

• Develop and sustain a global transformation roadmap focused on digital empowerment, standardization, and innovation.

• Establish and track KPIs for comprehensive performance evaluation.

• Own and manage global Order to Cash policies and controls.

• Deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reporting, analytics, and governance.

• Lead global initiatives for continuous improvement and benchmark performance metrics.

• Oversee third-party managed service providers within Customer Service Operations, Credit, Cash, and Collections.

• Manage service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and governance concerning service provider performance.

• Collaborate with Treasury to enhance cash performance, cash flow, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

• Optimize CRM capabilities and integration across CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and telephony platforms.

• Drive improvements in banking connectivity and automation of cash applications.

• Establish and achieve annual productivity targets.

• Implement automation and digital solutions effectively.

• Lead and develop a global team of process experts and change agents.

• Provide strategic oversight for external service partnerships.

• Enhance organizational capability through mentoring, training, and career development initiatives.

• Guide change management and the adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Oversee process design initiatives and provide project leadership and support.

• Set individual development goals and stay informed on industry, regulatory, and technological trends.

• Report directly to the VP of Global Business Service.

• Directly manage 4 subject matter process expert reports and support a 70-member Managed Services team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field.

• Senior process expert with robust business acumen and the ability to lead through influence.

• Over 7 years of experience in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment.

• Experience across areas including Master Data Management, Opportunity to Cash, Commercial Support, or Record to Report.

• Proven experience partnering with Commercial, Country Group Leadership, Finance, Treasury, IT, Procurement, HR, Audit, and external Managed Service Providers.

• Familiarity with global processes and systems.

• Dynamic leadership skills to adapt swiftly and lead through periods of change.

• Highly desired experience in Global Opportunity to Cash processes leading both internal and external GBS teams.

• Excellent financial acumen with a strong understanding of the P&L and working capital.

• Experience in implementing global processes and utilizing SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions, and customer service telephony platforms.

• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls, including relevant policies and procedures.

• Highly desired experience with RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and business query and analytics tools.

• Ability to identify and drive transformation through both direct and indirect influence.

• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills for new system implementations.

• Capability to lead global process development while ensuring compliance at the local level.

• Expertise in guiding process design and managing subject matter experts as well as Managed Services teams.

• Strong communication, change management, and influencing skills.

• Exceptional analytical skills.
