Order Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Review orders, compile technical details, and submit completed order packages including signed contracts, order information collection forms, and LOAs to suppliers for new and MACD orders.

• Process new and MACD orders utilizing supplier systems.

• Input internal Telarus orders as required.

• Transition submitted orders to the order management team.

• Liaise with agents, customers, and internal Telarus teams during the order processing phase.

• Resolve order entry issues both with suppliers and internally.

• Operate efficiently within Telarus and supplier systems while collaborating on process improvements.

• Provide team support as needed.

• Stay updated on supplier processes, products, and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness and ability to adhere to established processes.

• Capability to identify process inefficiencies and take appropriate actions to address issues.

• 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications, including traditional telecom and advanced solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, Outlook.

• Basic knowledge of computer navigation and configuration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to pinpoint and promote opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

• Preferred experience with AT&T.

• Resourceful and proactive.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented and ambitious.
