Order Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately generate, update, and modify commercial quotes in line with deal specifications

• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the HubSpot CRM database

• Prepare necessary documentation and deals for internal evaluation, authorization, and closure

• Utilize commercial fundamentals, such as margins and revenue guidelines, to assess quote structures and deal conditions

• Execute minor order provisioning tasks to facilitate seamless transitions and fulfillment

• Collaborate with team members both asynchronously and synchronously via Slack and Google Workspace

• Exceptional attention to detail when dealing with quotes, pricing models, and data entry

• Strong time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and responding swiftly in a remote environment

• Proactive in identifying missing information, optimizing processes, and independently resolving issues

• Flexibility to adapt when deal parameters change while maintaining composure and consistency

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred)

• Competence in Google Workspace (preferred)

• Basic understanding of Slack (preferred)
