📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive processing of all customer orders within internal systems.

• Confirm that all required fields, product choices, pricing frameworks, and service configurations are complete and precise.

• Verify pricing, discounts, promotions, and bundled services in accordance with approved company standards.

• Ensure orders are correctly structured for invoicing, which includes setting up subscriptions, establishing billing cycles, determining payment terms, and assessing tax applicability.

• Detect and rectify discrepancies prior to orders being transferred to Finance.

• Maintain precise data across CRM, ordering platforms, and billing systems.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

• Relay order status and address discrepancies among teams.

• Identify order-related issues and inconsistencies, resolving straightforward problems and escalating more complex cases with proper documentation.

• Uphold order accuracy, timely execution, data integrity, minimized billing errors, and adherence to SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Austin, Texas, or in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, operations, or administrative support roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Effective and professional communication skills.

• Accountability and a sense of ownership.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or a similar CRM platform.

• Familiarity with WooCommerce or an equivalent ordering system.

• Knowledge of subscription billing platforms.

• Experience with Avalara or similar tax tools.

• Proficiency in Office 365.
