This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and accurately process customer orders using internal order management systems.
• Manage pharmacy-related orders, ensuring that medications and healthcare products are handled in accordance with established protocols.
• Confirm order specifics, product availability, quantities, customer details, and other essential requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and delivery teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise the entire order lifecycle, from placement to successful delivery.
• Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, returned, or failed orders and implement corrective measures.
• Work with pharmacists and relevant teams to address prescription needs, product substitutions, and medication availability.
• Keep precise records of orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, and customer concerns.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, availability, delivery timelines, replacements, and returns.
• Escalate issues related to orders and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels to reduce cancellations due to stock shortages.
• Ensure adherence to internal pharmacy processes, quality standards, and relevant operational guidelines.
• Generate and maintain reports concerning order processing, fulfillment, pending orders, and operational performance.
• Identify recurring challenges in order management and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• 1–4 years of pertinent experience in order management, pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare operations, or a comparable role.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of medications, healthcare products, and pharmacy order procedures.
• Experience in order management, order processing, or pharmacy operations.
• In-depth knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory coordination.
• Capability to comprehend and manage prescription-related requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills across various teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel, order management systems, or other operational tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple orders and priorities in a dynamic environment.
