This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Customer Physical Fulfillment team in achieving their data management objectives.
• Develop metrics for processes and quality, and collect data to inform leadership decisions.
• Propel enhancements in systems and processes to ensure timely physical fulfillment and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Grasp the Order Fulfillment and Material Support processes, including necessary inputs and outputs.
• Detect challenges and opportunities for development, collaborating with the Manager, Data Integrity to devise scalable solutions.
• Work alongside Business Systems, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to improve system functionalities and streamline workflows.
• Act as the subject matter expert on O2C data integrity during system implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Enhance data-related controls, automation, and efficiency within outbound order processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, standards, best practices, innovations, and emerging technologies.
• Document and refresh best practices for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and external regulatory standards.
• Identify and alleviate data risks impacting financial accuracy, customer satisfaction, or supply chain performance.
• Assist in O2C audit requests, documentation, and reporting.
• Represent the Customer Physical Fulfillment team in meetings and workshops.
• Create and refine proactive SLA/KPI monitoring dashboards.
• Evaluate progress feedback and oversee KPIs within peer groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to synchronize priorities and support business goals.
• Handle competing priorities and adjust as circumstances evolve.
• BA/BS degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tool sets.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Experience in addressing daily operational requests from the business.
• Capability to effectively juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Experience in education, school/district leadership, or educational publishing/technology is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of O2C processes, ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar), and data management principles is preferred.
• Solid business insight and ability to balance operational details with strategic priorities is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
