Order Clarification Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Confirm and validate customer purchase orders while ensuring timely processing to manufacturing.

• Modify imprint colors and establish shipping dates.

• Manage art proof approvals and non-approvals within clarification queues.

• Receive and address customer inquiries through the clarification email inbox.

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls within designated queues.

• Execute reports, rush requests, hand walks, and other miscellaneous tasks.

• Adapt to various customer service-related responsibilities as needed.

• Process and address distributor inquiries or proofs concerning orders.

• Reach out to distributors via phone, fax, or email to resolve issues or questions related to non-production-ready orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Prior experience in customer service and data entry is preferred.

• Competence in using a computer and relevant software applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with order management systems such as Oracle, MacPac, and AS400.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Solid problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to perform well under pressure to meet order deadlines.

• Capability to multitask and manage several issues simultaneously.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
