Oracle Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Set up and manage Oracle Cloud HCM features according to business and HR needs.

• Tailor HCM workflows, approval processes, and approval hierarchies.

• Work in partnership with HR, IT, and cross-departmental teams to establish and refine business requirements.

• Convert HR business needs into Oracle HCM configurations and solutions.

• Develop and sustain reporting solutions utilizing Oracle BI tools, SQL, or other analytical platforms.

• Offer functional troubleshooting and resolve issues within Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.

• Design and execute test cases for system functionality validation.

• Assist with data imports, validation, and related HCM processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience working with Oracle.

• Solid functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Practical experience in Oracle HCM configuration and customization.

• Proficient in configuring workflows, approval processes, and approval hierarchies.

• Strong grasp of HR/HCM business processes.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and collaborating directly with HR and business stakeholders.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle HCM configurations and functional challenges.

• Knowledgeable in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI tools, and reporting solutions.

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP and REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with FBDI or comparable Oracle data import methods.

• Ability to craft and perform test cases for system validation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in English communication skills — at least B2 level competence.
