Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/OTL Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Customize, configure, and enhance the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and OTL modules.

• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts.

• Build and manage integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and external interfacing technologies.

• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases by testing new features and validating post-deployment outcomes.

• Conduct technical impact analyses, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analyses for production incidents.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to convert business requirements into design and technical specifications.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise IT standards, data privacy, and security protocols.

• Engage in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of practical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.

• 4–8 years of practical experience in supporting the Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL modules.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL modules.

• Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.

• Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and the HCM data model architecture.

• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with VBCS is preferred.

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Implementation Specialist certification is optional.

• Oracle Integration Cloud Certification is optional.

• Must be located outside of India and Pakistan; applicants in the listed restricted countries cannot be considered for hire.
