📋 Description

• Address and resolve issues and defects related to the Oracle EPM platform.

• Deliver operational support, overseeing batch processing and end-of-month activities.

• Create, develop, and test enhancements for the Oracle EPM platform.

• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle to comply with governance and design standards.

• Follow customer policies and procedures diligently.

• Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.

• Provide guidance for solution design and support team members.

• Handle operational challenges to guarantee continuous, efficient service delivery, fostering a performance-oriented, innovative, and customer-centric work culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle Field Service Consultant within an enterprise setting.

• Practical experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Field Service.

• Solid functional knowledge of field workforce processes, including scheduling, dispatch, mobile work execution, technician updates, and activity management.

• Capability to configure resources, calendars, work zones, activity types, routing, capacity, and mobile user settings.

• Experience in supporting integrations between Oracle Field Service, Oracle Fusion, ERP, asset management, work management, or third-party systems.

• Proficient in collaborating with onshore architects, business analysts, and client subject matter experts to facilitate workshops, testing, issue resolution, and deployment tasks.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate as part of a Manila offshore delivery team serving Australian clients.
