Staff Professional Services Consultant – Machine Identity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable technical advisor for enterprise clients.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and automated solutions for Certificate Lifecycle Management, PKI, and Machine Identity Security.

• Lead customer interactions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments from initial discovery and architecture to implementation, integration, automation, and enablement.

• Convert customer needs into actionable solutions that enhance security, visibility, governance, and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and present technical workshops, demonstrations, and architecture sessions.

• Assess business processes, pinpoint areas for improvement and automation, and monitor the success of the MIM program.

• Serve as a customer advocate and subject matter expert across various accounts.

• Create and document reusable patterns, blueprints, and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, Global Delivery teams, partners, and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of consulting experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments.

• Demonstrated business acumen to identify key business issues and convey effective solutions to clients.

• Extensive experience in automating Machine Identity Management using MIM platforms, APIs, Adaptable framework, and connectors.

• Strong proficiency in scripting and APIs for automation using languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Direct experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Proficient in using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins.

• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including its technologies, standards, and enterprise implementations.

• AWS or Azure Architect Certification is highly desirable.

• Venafi Security Administrator (VSA) certification.

• Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP.

• Familiarity with TLS/SSL technologies like F5, NetScaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
