Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive initiatives for migrating from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.

• Coordinate efforts among functional, technical, data, integration, testing, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Manage the strategy for data migration, including cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.

• Supervise integrations between Oracle Fusion and other upstream/downstream enterprise systems.

• Organize System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.

• Lead the planning of cutover activities, conduct mock cutovers, ensure go-live readiness, oversee deployment, and provide hypercare support.

• Monitor RAID items, milestones, deliverables, and critical path dependencies.

• Manage relationships with Oracle implementation partners, system integrators, and both offshore and onshore delivery teams.

• Deliver executive-level reports on project status, risks, budget, timelines, and business readiness.

• Collaborate with business leaders to facilitate process redesign, adoption, training, and organizational readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of comprehensive ERP/IT experience with a strong background in Oracle program or project management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing migrations from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including Financials, Procurement, SCM, Order Management, and Projects.

• Solid understanding of the functional and technical architecture of Oracle EBS.

• Proficient in data migration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, cutover, and production deployment.

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and enterprise interfaces.

• Experience managing complex integrations with third-party and legacy applications.

• Strong grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams that are globally distributed.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive presentation skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or SAFe certification is preferred.

• Oracle Cloud certification is an advantage.

• Experience with multi-country or global Oracle ERP transformation programs is preferred.

• Familiarity with post-go-live stabilization and Oracle Cloud release management is preferred.
