Oracle Cloud HCM Functional – Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a functional consultant to implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Conduct configuration activities based on client specifications.

• Identify discrepancies between Oracle offerings and client needs.

• Develop functional specifications.

• Facilitate workshops.

• Collaborate with client business leaders to finalize conversion templates.

• Execute unit and end-to-end testing.

• Work with third-party vendors to validate integrations.

• Associates and Senior Associates: engage in 2–3 Oracle Cloud HCM modules and successfully complete projects up to the go-live stage.

• Managers: oversee a segment of a project portfolio.

• Managers: provide oversight for people management and project execution.

• Managers: assist in sales enablement, proposal crafting, pricing, and the sales process.

• Managers: oversee operational and financial metrics along with portfolio profitability.

• Managers: ensure high standards of project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Managers: supervise projects while managing a profitable revenue stream.

• Managers: apply project management principles to increasingly complex projects.

• Managers: supervise project managers within a matrix structure.

• Managers: lead full-lifecycle HCM implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.

• Managers: handle data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and functional solution design.

• Navigate diverse teams and international engagements.

• Foster open dialogues with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth process knowledge in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

• Capability to configure Oracle Cloud HCM in line with client needs.

• Skill in identifying gaps between Oracle products and client requirements.

• Proven experience in writing functional specifications.

• Background in leading workshops.

• Experience in working with client business leads to finalize conversion templates.

• Familiarity with executing unit and end-to-end testing.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in coordinating with third-party vendors for integration testing.

• A minimum of 16 years of formal education; BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MBA/MCA preferred.

• Domain expertise is required for functional consultants.

• Associates: 2–4 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in relevant Cloud HCM roles.

• Senior Associates: 5–8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in relevant Cloud HCM roles.

• Associates and Senior Associates: experience in 2–3 modules among Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Payroll.

• Associates and Senior Associates: completion of at least 2 full projects through the go-live phase.

• Associates and Senior Associates: ability to comprehend, analyze, and address both explicit and implicit requirements.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capability to mentor and develop colleagues.

• Managers: 10–14 years of relevant experience, including more than 5 years in project management.

• Managers: experience with multiple HCM full-lifecycle implementations, including three end-to-end cloud implementations or over 5 years of Oracle Cloud experience.

• Managers: comprehensive experience in requirements definition, functional solution design, implementation, data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live.

• Functional expertise across various HCM modules.

• Understanding of integrations and solutions within HCM projects.

• Strong business writing and verbal communication expertise.

• Robust analytical skills and quantitative project management experience, including financial metrics.

• Experience in navigating diverse teams and international engagements.

• Strong capabilities in people and team management.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.

• Relevant product, technology, or industry expertise aligned with the portfolio focus.
