This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

• Configure and customize Fast Formulas within Oracle HCM modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate formula-related issues.

• Assist with integrations, reporting, and analytics needs.

• Maintain technical documentation and offer continuous production support.

• Advocate for best practices in Fast Formula development, testing, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas.

• Background in configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• U.S. Citizen.

• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development projects or teams (bonus).

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (bonus).

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, such as Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management (bonus).

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reporting, and analytics (bonus).
