Oracle Cloud Advisory Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of architectures, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for Oracle Cloud Finance and Supply Chain.

• Conduct Phase 0, advisory, and assessment initiatives, which encompass current-state analysis, process evaluations, solution visioning, and roadmap formulation.

• Convert business requirements into effective and scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Provide expert advice to clients on cross-functional processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and supply chain planning and fulfillment.

• Assist in sales efforts through discovery, solution development, demonstrations, proposals, scope definition, cost estimation, and executive presentations.

• Offer architectural guidance during the delivery process and aid in resolving intricate functional and process challenges.

• Create reusable methodologies, solution assets, and intellectual property.

• Mentor team members and play a role in the development of the Finance and SCM practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with in-depth knowledge in at least one primary functional area.

• Proven experience in supporting full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, from discovery through deployment and post-go-live assistance.

• Background in solution architecture, business process transformation, Phase 0, advisory, or assessment engagements.

• Capability to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, delivery plans, and client recommendations.

• Experience in supporting sales pursuits, including discovery, solution development, demonstrations, proposals, scope, and estimation.

• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and executive presence, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Familiarity with cross-functional Finance and Supply Chain processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, planning, and fulfillment.

• Understanding of dependencies related to costing, inventory valuation, fulfillment, revenue recognition, planning, and financial reporting.

• Experience across various Oracle Cloud capabilities such as Financials and SCM.

• Ability to collaborate with functional, technical, delivery, sales, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience in mentoring team members or contributing to practice development.

• Relevant Oracle or industry certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
