This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the design, configuration, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service within a Managed Services framework.
• Oversee the complete ARCS delivery process, which includes solution architecture, enhancements, incident management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and refine reconciliation types, formats, profiles, rules, workflows, and transaction matching processes.
• Develop auto-reconciliation logic, matching rules, and tolerance frameworks tailored for high-volume and high-risk accounts.
• Manage integrations between ARCS and Oracle EBS/Fusion, SAP, along with other GL/ERP source systems.
• Identify manual reconciliation processes suitable for automation to decrease reconciliation cycle times.
• Serve as the L2/L3 escalation point for incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Oversee ticket queues, prioritize critical and period-end issues, and guarantee root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles; track reconciliation completion and drive the resolution of exceptions.
• Lead change management efforts for configuration updates, enhancements, and minor change requests.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle patches and updates, including impact analysis, non-production testing, and regression testing.
• Present service performance metrics, open risks, and improvement strategies during governance meetings.
• Maintain documentation compliant with SOX regulations, which includes configuration records, SOPs, RACI, and audit evidence.
• Mentor junior team members and analysts to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate with client Controllership, R2R, and IT teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in finance systems, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS implementation and support.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering services within a Managed Services or Shared Services model, with accountability for SLAs.
• Strong understanding of GL accounting principles, balance sheet reconciliation, and closing processes.
• Practical expertise in the Oracle EPM Cloud suite (ARCS; familiarity with FCCS/EPBCS/TRCS is advantageous).
• Skilled in Data Management/FDMEE, EPM Automate, and integration troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and diagnosing issues.
• Experience in supporting SOX/internal audit reconciliation controls is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective client-facing communication skills are essential.
• Oracle ARCS/EPM certification is preferred.
• Experience in leading ARCS implementations or migrations is a plus.
• Exposure to RPA or broader R2R/Finance Transformation initiatives is desirable.
• Previous experience in a global delivery/GBS environment supporting multi-geography clients is preferred.
