Oracle APEX Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and enhance APEX applications from inception, including interactive reports, dashboards, forms, and workflow automation.

• Produce efficient and secure PL/SQL and SQL, encompassing stored procedures, packages, triggers, and performance-optimized queries.

• Construct and sustain relational data models that support EA cost tracking, entitlement management, and utilization reporting.

• Execute REST integrations, interactive grids, dynamic actions, and automate workflows.

• Collaborate with architects, DBAs, and functional stakeholders to convert EA governance and reporting requirements into scalable Oracle-based solutions.

• Provide support for Azure-based tools and integrations with Power Platform / Dynamics / Dataverse.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues within the APEX and Oracle ecosystem.

• Develop applications that adhere to government security standards.

• Maintain data integrity across cost, licensing, and entitlement datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field is mandatory.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.

• Proven hands-on experience in building production APEX applications, including native components and custom PL/SQL logic.

• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL performance optimization.

• Familiarity with REST integration, interactive grids, and dynamic actions within APEX.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Azure and/or Power Platform (Dynamics, Dataverse) is preferred.

• Experience in federal or security-sensitive environments is preferred.

• Background in software asset management and license management is preferred.

• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods.

• Occasional travel and overtime may be necessary.

• Subject to a government background investigation.

• Must qualify for a position designated with Tier 1 / Low Risk sensitivity.
