Delphi Developer – Sustainability SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain applications utilizing Delphi and related technologies.

• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to implement features and enhance functionality.

• Ensure the quality of software through code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.

• Optimize the performance and scalability of applications.

• Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and web components.

• Document technical specifications, processes, and code meticulously.

• Assist in the migration of functionalities to newer platforms as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Object Pascal and Delphi frameworks.

• Proven ability and experience in implementing efficient, maintainable, and complex algorithms.

• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Python and C#/.NET is advantageous.

• Solid comprehension of the software development lifecycle and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and quality.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote-first setting.

• Proficient in English, the primary working language.
