D365 CRM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create solutions utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.

• Implement your own features, prioritizing clean, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.

• Develop plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Power Automate flows following Microsoft best practices.

• Enhance the user interface using JavaScript (Xrm.WebApi).

• Build custom PCF controls when standard functionality does not suffice.

• Work with solution layering and the ALM pipeline in Azure DevOps, managing branching, pull requests, and automated deployments.

• Independently deliver features, from clarifying requirements with Business Analysts through estimation and implementation to supporting testing.

• Engage in weekly code reviews to enhance engineering practices.

• Create integrations with third-party systems via REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.

• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Lead Consultant, Customizers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse / Power Platform.

• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET for developing plugins and workflows.

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript with experience in Xrm.WebApi.

• Practical experience with Power Automate flows and an understanding of their limitations.

• Initial experience in implementing integrations with third-party systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus).

• Familiarity with the Azure portal in a D365 context: app registrations, service principals (Microsoft Entra ID), secrets management with Azure Key Vault, and monitoring through Application Insights.

• Solid understanding of solution layering, managed vs. unmanaged solutions, publisher prefixes, and ALM processes.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1+ proficiency).

• Experience with PCF controls (Power Apps Component Framework) is an advantage.

• Microsoft certification PL-400 or equivalent is a plus.

• Familiarity with FakeXrmEasy or other testing frameworks for the Power Platform is advantageous.
