This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Execute charge-up tasks, which include managing magazines, loading, tying, and detonating blasts.

• Adhere to drill and blast plans to guarantee safe and effective operations.

• Offer leadership and direction to members of the blast crew.

• Assist in the training and development of newly hired team members.

• Collaborate with site teams to provide outstanding customer service.

• Contribute to crew leadership and assist with complex blasting tasks as needed.

• Conduct oneself with integrity, professionalism, and respect.

• Promote the principle that “Safety is our Priority, Always.”

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Underground Charge-Up Operator.

• Possession of a current or recent Australian Shotfirer's Licence (preferred).

• At least 12 months of experience working within an underground charge-up crew.

• Strong emphasis on safety and dedication to safe working practices.

• Capability to work efficiently in remote underground mining settings.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude towards work.
