This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Ensure precise and efficient management of files related to purchase orders, vendors, and current product offerings.
• Acquire supplies and equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the company's fleet of medical devices.
• Oversee inventory control and manage infusion and/or enteral pumps utilizing company reporting and the asset device vendor application.
• Guarantee appropriate storage, shipping, and maintenance schedules.
• Keep paper records associated with pump tracking and disposition, storing documents within the company operating system.
• Conduct cycle counts as specified by management.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy, sales, and operational teams to uphold safety standards.
• Arrange for the return of devices that are scheduled for preventative maintenance.
• Liaise with patients or caregivers to coordinate equipment returns or exchanges.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the introduction of new equipment.
• Adhere to proper reporting protocols for device failures.
• Assist in other operational workflows related to managing infusion or enteral devices.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in assistant management, distribution, warehouse, or a similar work environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of inventory processes including ordering, receiving, storage, and organization.
• Basic mathematical skills for weighing, measuring, calculating dosages, and converting units of measure.
• A service-oriented mindset with a strong customer service attitude.
• Keen attention to detail, along with effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity conducive to teamwork.
• Capability to make informed decisions and resolve issues effectively.
• Positive attitude toward embracing change.
• Ability to mentor others and communicate information clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to cross-train in various areas, such as filling, inventory, and Rx entry.
• Competence in responding to inquiries from departments, locations, or internal customers.
• Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Basic typing skills.
• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED).
