This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the precise and prompt management of client contracts, vendor service agreements, and warranties within the Healthcare Technology Management sector.
• Input and uphold comprehensive, precise, and up-to-date contract records in the CMMS, encompassing terms, coverage, assets, dates, pricing, and related documentation.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the contract module by standardizing workflows, addressing data and process issues, training users, and fostering consistent use of the CMMS.
• Track contract expirations and furnish Sales and Service Operations with renewal information and necessary documentation.
• Reconcile contract data across CMMS, CRM, billing, and other systems; investigate discrepancies and facilitate corrections.
• Oversee customer accounts, contract coverage, and system configuration to ensure accurate service and billing execution.
• Manage amendments from data preparation through to execution and implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations Support, Service Operations, and IT to enhance amendment roles, workflows, system requirements, and transitions.
• Create or assess test scripts, conduct user acceptance testing, document outcomes and defects, and validate CMMS improvements.
• Maintain thorough and accurate CMMS case records, including issues, actions taken, status updates, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Familiarity with contract financial concepts, such as service revenue, cost, margin, pricing, billing terms, and the financial ramifications of contract setup or data errors.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CMMS database management and support or a related field.
• Experience in reviewing contract terms, amendments, supporting documentation, and approval processes is preferred.
• Paralegal or contract administration experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong skills in Excel and/or Access are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with software applications across various hardware platforms, including PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both remote and in-person environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
