This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and provide direct supervision to entry-level and processing staff.
• Recruit, train, assess, develop, and manage employee performance.
• Monitor and guide workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Create policies and procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency and supporting new contracts or programs.
• Collaborate with internal staff, field personnel, other contractors, and clients.
• Generate and oversee reports for process control and production effectiveness.
• Modify processes to uphold quality standards and attain operational objectives.
• Ensure production effectiveness by reviewing reports, allocating resources, analyzing processes, and suggesting improvements.
• Maintain quality effectiveness through adjustments in processes and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and track issues to identify process enhancements.
• Act as a representative of the department to foster relationships, refine processes, and achieve objectives.
• Gather and analyze operational data to determine call reasons and identify efficiency improvements.
• Conduct quality control and offer feedback and coaching to staff.
• Manage associate-related issues, including disciplinary actions, timekeeping, and scheduling.
• Address escalated concerns.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to corporate and departmental objectives.
• Analyze and develop procedures for new programs or contracts.
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships to encourage collaboration and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities and adhere to policies and standards.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including hiring and termination authority for at least ten associates, is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare (government healthcare delivery preferred) or a production environment is required.
• For ICS/Mail Distribution Centers only, 2 years of experience supporting production teams in areas such as print, fulfillment, manufacturing, or related industries is required.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time Zone is required.
