Operations Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze operational data to uncover trends and identify bottlenecks.

• Create dashboards, reports, and models to support informed business decisions.

• Research, assess, and implement technologies such as AI, automation, and internal tools.

• Design processes, workflows, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall customer experience.

• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from the planning stage through to execution.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and various other teams.

• Revamp workplace payment-method outreach to expedite cash collection.

• Research, evaluate, and onboard vendors introducing AI agents into customer-facing operations.

• Develop predictive models to identify high-risk payers before payments become overdue.

• Potentially oversee an Operations agent team, focusing on enhancing performance, quality, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of work or internship experience, encompassing cross-functional roles such as Strategy/Business/Product Operations, Program Management, Consultancy, or Business Analytics.

• Proven experience in resolving operational challenges through process improvement, workflow design, or the creation of scalable systems.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Strong data analysis proficiency with practical experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and align stakeholders across diverse teams.

• A deep sense of curiosity and the ability to reason from first principles to identify root causes.

• Willingness to investigate issues directly by testing features, listening to agent calls, contacting customers, or executing workflows.

• Must reside in the U.S.
