Operations Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Examine operational data to detect trends and obstacles.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support business decision-making.

• Investigate, assess, and implement technologies such as AI, automation, and internal tools.

• Create processes, workflows, and operational procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

• Oversee cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other departments.

• Possibly revamp workplace payment-method outreach to expedite cash collection.

• Research, evaluate, and onboard vendors that provide AI agents for customer-facing operations.

• Construct predictive models to identify high-risk payers before payments become overdue.

• May lead an Operations agent team to enhance performance, quality, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience in cross-functional roles such as Strategy/Business/Product Operations, Program Management, Consultancy, or Business Analytics.

• Proven experience in resolving operational challenges through process enhancement, workflow design, or scalable systems.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong data analysis capabilities with practical experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skill in simplifying complex issues and aligning stakeholders across various teams.

• A sense of curiosity and the ability to reason from first principles to identify root causes.

• Openness to directly investigate issues by testing features, listening to agent calls, reaching out to customers, or executing workflows.

• Authorization to work in the country of residence.
