Operations Specialist – Finance, Digital Assets, Hedge Fund, Multi Asset Exposure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee trade confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events spanning various asset classes.

• Manage wallet, custodian, and digital asset operational procedures.

• Conduct daily booking and reconciliation of securities positions, cash balances, and P&L within internal systems.

• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, settlement challenges, and operational issues with counterparties and custodians.

• Assist in maintaining operational controls related to treasury, trading, and digital asset functions.

• Support audit inquiries, confirmations, and relevant documentation.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain operational workflows, internal tools, and automation processes.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational scalability.

• Create and update technical documentation, procedures, and user manuals.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of operations experience, ideally within a credit hedge fund or asset management firm.

• Familiarity with digital assets or the blockchain ecosystem is preferred, but not required.

• Proficiency in the Enfusion portfolio management system is advantageous but not essential.

• Skilled in Excel, including VBA and/or Python.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of trade lifecycles and settlement processes.

• Working hours: (New York hours): Between 14H00-10H00 UK time (required).
